   Previous genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and our own preliminary data support a role of specific loci within the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region in Alzheimer?s disease (AD) risk. Utilizing GWAS SNP data, we will impute HLA genotypes to assess the role of this locus in risk for AD.
